Steps for Establishing SI
  1. Core Competence Business Division

    Establish a strategic plan for the overall view of the company and the unit project by establishing a plan for information support that
    can support the overall business objectives by determining the information needed for the project.

  2. Business Analysis

    This is a detailed analysis of a specific part of BIZ. It is a step that determines the order of business system development by
    defining the data type, the process that includes the business function, selecting the data needed for the process,
    determining the execution order, and analyzing the impact of the process on the data.

  3. Business Process Design

    Define the basic processes for business activities and define the procedures for how those business activities will be performed.

  4. Technical Design

    This is the step of implementing the results of the work design stage to the system environment. converts the data into
    a physical data model based on the logical data model that has been confirmed through the prototype, and creates the DDL.

  5. Development

    The step of creating executable code for the system. DBMS, control statement, UI, etc. are created in this process.

  6. Test

    Verifies that the developed programs match the elements defined in the analysis step, and confirms that it works well
    in the actual system environment.
